In my opinion, I think, in this technology period. The oil is the major variable of the economic alteration, because the oil is the energy that people always use and most of machines have to use this energy. In the same time, people have to use that machine to finish their goals, especially, transportation. People use this way to achieve to their business. If they are lick of oil that mean their goal cannot be success. So oil is the only thing that people always cannot do without. Every time that OPEC says that they will cut output of oil. To our, it is a big problem and it is the time that we must be worry.
According to OPEC will cut in its oil production target of about two million barrels a day. It must have a great effect upon economy, because oil is the principal of manufacture and service. Then it makes the economy all around the world decelerate. On the other hand, the goods become more and more expensive rapidly. In addition, to cut output by two million barrels that must mark up the cost of oil. Dogs Can Feel Envy, Study Suggests
My reaction:
The first scientific study to find envy in non-primates affirms what many already know: dogs can get jealous.
In my opinion, dogs can feel envy that doesn’t make me surprise. I have seen the dogs that express envy behavior obviously, that including my dogs. When they saw I was scratching the other one’s chin, they often came to me and asked to scratch their chin too. Sometime they went straight to the dog which I was scratching its chin and fought it. Then I realized in that time that they envied it. I have heard for a long time that the dogs are the most thankful animals. They often help and protect their proprietor, like Pao my dog. It was a good hunter. It usually hunted rabbits or jungle fowls for my father. I was curious why it didn’t eat them but gave them to my father. One day, it held the banknote between its lips when it came back and gave it to my father. The banknote was plenty of rips, because of its teeth. Once again that I was curious how it knew that was money. Now I suspect that why people say the dogs are stupid. Because I think it is not.
To every Buddhist we believe that the living thing has feeling. For instance, I have seen in some advertisement that the cow’s tear was flowing when they was brought to slaughterhouse. In some proverb, the tigers don’t eat their kids. Personally, I am curious about that the animals have feeling but it not complicate, or it’s complicate but we don’t know how it is, and animals’ evolution.( 254 words )

Even they did, they have to be punished by the rule too. Those are the reasons why I pity them.
Why the riot has been created? Personally, I think it’s because they don’t like the government and want them to quit. The second one is the Economic problem. Pirates capture Yemeni cargo ship
According to Somali pirates have hijacked a Yemeni cargo ship, reported to be the 39th successful hijacking by pirates off the Horn of Africa this year.
In my opinion, to rob someone’s thing is very shameful. In addition, I think the pirates are heartless, very cruel and barbarous. At first, I think that the pirates just exist in the movie or in the past. But after this incident happen. I acknowledge that the pirates exist in all over the world. For instance, the South America’s sea and the Mediterranean Sea. However, in America’s coasts and the coasts of Mediterranean Sea are decreasing because of the protection of the government’s forces. The damages are reaching to around 5-6 hundred billion a year over the world. Especially, in the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean. The area between the Malaga straits and Singapore which has 50,000 cargo ships passed per year. Besides, it has several words to describe the pirates in English. For example, Buccaneer, means the pirates who were the enemy of the Spanish vessel in 17 century. Corsair, means the pirates who rob in the area of Mediterranean Sea. Privateer, means the pirates who the government support them to rob the cargo ship of the enemy nation.

Shock at Kenya prisoner beatings
My reaction:
According to A Kenyan prisons department spokesman has said he was shocked by a video showing warders assaulting prisoners and an investigation has been launched.
In my opinion, I don’t support using the violent to solve a problem. I think it’s so cruel. Although they are prisoner, have done something what is ruthless, inexorable or uncompassionate. But everything we do need an elasticity. Sometime we treat them with violent, but sometime we have to treat them with soft. Because anything in this world has two sides. And two sides need two ways or more. Nothing can live or still exist with one way. In addition, we are a human, they are human too. Of course, different people must use different way to treat them. Therefore this situation is too much.
On the other hand, I have heard the warders are very cruel and bad people. Because they sell a drug for jailer. Make the prisoners who want improve themselves or want to avoid, escape from the hell drug can’t achieve their planned. Sometime they embezzle the things that their kindred send for the prisoner.
The prisoners who have much of hardship in the jail. Besides, they have to face with these things. I think they have low possibility to be a good people in the future. However, I don’t agree with the government who agreed to increase their allowances and set up a taskforce to probe conditions in the country's prisons. Because it is too good for them. U.S. children increasingly medicated
In my opinion, the increasing of medicated that means people’s health not good. In addition, the patients who got in asthma and hyperactivity will face with harder moment. Because the coming of new trouble. I think that is the big problem because health is most important. Especially children because don’t have good immunity and easy to get another infection. May be it will has great effect with their life in the future. From time inmemorial the health problem is major reason that has killed lots of people. The number of death catches a million per year. Due to the fact that its consequence very frightful. So that people very worry about it. And they try to value and take care of health themselves. I have never thought that the U.S. has problem like this. The developing of their technology is number one Right? Why they let that problem happening. They should acknowledge that the health is important than others.

The Age of Innocents
In my opinion, the new is talking about the drug war in Mexico. It was a "national-security priority" for both countries. And the grenade attack in Morelia killed eight and injured 100, raising the death toll from drug violence this year to more than 3,700—a figure more reminiscent of Iraq or Afghanistan than the United States' neighbor. The violence has become so bad that last week. And the bodies have been piling up ever since. In 2006, between 1,500 and 2,000 people were killed; this year the toll is already at 3,725.
I very pity the people who live in this country, Especially the victim’s family. Because they got the sin which is they have never done. They not only meet with the hell drugs which have destroyed someone’s life, have broken some family but also confront with the war what cause by this hell drugs. I think it too worry, too hopeless, too discouraged to receive the drugs problem. But they must hear the sound of guns, bombs, cries, tanks, screams every day. If I be the one of the members who live in this place. I think I must emigrate to another country from the beginning. Because it is the place where is plenty of hopeless. I think the government should solve this problem soon. Before it has more people offer to this hell drugs. The last I will say is: No matter what the war is. In the matter of fact, I am not Chinese, but due I get on with Chinese for a long time. And according to Asian people to say I very happy about it. That I can image how Chinese people pleasure. In any rate, I think everyone who is concern about this project is the happiest. In order to for this project they work hard for a long time.
