According to Somali pirates have hijacked a Yemeni cargo ship, reported to be the 39th successful hijacking by pirates off the Horn of Africa this year.

In my opinion, to rob someone’s thing is very shameful. In addition, I think the pirates are heartless, very cruel and barbarous. At first, I think that the pirates just exist in the movie or in the past. But after this incident happen. I acknowledge that the pirates exist in all over the world. For instance, the South America’s sea and the Mediterranean Sea. However, in America’s coasts and the coasts of Mediterranean Sea are decreasing because of the protection of the government’s forces. The damages are reaching to around 5-6 hundred billion a year over the world. Especially, in the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean. The area between the Malaga straits and Singapore which has 50,000 cargo ships passed per year. Besides, it has several words to describe the pirates in English. For example, Buccaneer, means the pirates who were the enemy of the Spanish vessel in 17 century. Corsair, means the pirates who rob in the area of Mediterranean Sea. Privateer, means the pirates who the government support them to rob the cargo ship of the enemy nation.
In any rate, I think the government of many countries should consider about themselves. Why it has many pirates all around the world. Why they must to rob people’s thing. But the most important is how to solve this problem. (221 words)

My reaction:
According to A Kenyan prisons department spokesman has said he was shocked by a video showing warders assaulting prisoners and an investigation has been launched.

In my opinion, I don’t support using the violent to solve a problem. I think it’s so cruel. Although they are prisoner, have done something what is ruthless, inexorable or uncompassionate. But everything we do need an elasticity. Sometime we treat them with violent, but sometime we have to treat them with soft. Because anything in this world has two sides. And two sides need two ways or more. Nothing can live or still exist with one way. In addition, we are a human, they are human too. Of course, different people must use different way to treat them. Therefore this situation is too much.

On the other hand, I have heard the warders are very cruel and bad people. Because they sell a drug for jailer. Make the prisoners who want improve themselves or want to avoid, escape from the hell drug can’t achieve their planned. Sometime they embezzle the things that their kindred send for the prisoner.
The prisoners who have much of hardship in the jail. Besides, they have to face with these things. I think they have low possibility to be a good people in the future. However, I don’t agree with the government who agreed to increase their allowances and set up a taskforce to probe conditions in the country's prisons. Because it is too good for them. And make the jail not be the place that people scared. (234 words)

In my opinion, the increasing of medicated that means people’s health not good. In addition, the patients who got in asthma and hyperactivity will face with harder moment. Because the coming of new trouble. I think that is the big problem because health is most important. Especially children because don’t have good immunity and easy to get another infection. May be it will has great effect with their life in the future. From time inmemorial the health problem is major reason that has killed lots of people. The number of death catches a million per year. Due to the fact that its consequence very frightful. So that people very worry about it. And they try to value and take care of health themselves. I have never thought that the U.S. has problem like this. The developing of their technology is number one Right? Why they let that problem happening. They should acknowledge that the health is important than others.
The government and the relational institute should take care about this problem closely. Then find the method to solve it as soon as possible. Because it can be a big trouble which is hard to solve in the future. Don’t forget the big trouble is built by the little one. (209 words)
